Police investigators are still on the case of the stabbing incident that took place inside Building 14 of the New Bilibid Prison on Wednesday.

On Thursday, Bureau of Corrections OIC Rolando Asuncion was informed by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group that the CCTV footage had been secured and was being studied already.

"Nakausap ko ang team leader ng CIDG na nag-imbestiga sa footage. Tumawag siya sa akin nitong madagaling-araw at sinabing tinitingnan na nila," Asuncion told GMA News' Unang Balita.

Asuncion expressed he is confident that the CCTV footage being reviewed by the CIDG will reveal on what really happened in the incident.
