Edgar Motabato claims in his testimony during the Senate Inquiry on Extrajudicial Killings that he is only a grade 1 finisher.

The witness said that he doesn’t understand some of the questions of the Senators to him because he is only a grade 1 finisher, but his service card in Davao City Hall shows that Motabato is a high school graduate.

That service card was recorded in 1990-1995, where he claims that his group were already killing people.

Davao City Information Office released the service card and confirmed that Motabato worked as a labor in the City hall, but according to his testimony, he worked at Davao City under the “Heinous Crimes Section.”.
